Win a digital release Harderfaster and Mondo Records with the HF Unsigned Project.

Always thought of yourself as a producer? Have you been pumping out tunes to great acclaim from your mates but no one else? Are you looking for that chance for a break?

Now here's your chance.

The HF Unsigned series has already showed some of the talent hidden away in the recesses of the internet have teamed up with us here at Mondo Records, to offer one lucky music maker the chance to have their track signed to and released digitally on Mondo records along with their promotional know how to get your track heard by the right people.

We'll also be collating the best submissions into another great HF Unsigned album that will be released for others to buy across the world.

We're looking for the best you have to offer in the following styles:
1. House be it funky, progressive or deep get it in;
2. Trance if it driving, uplifting or chunky we want to hear it;
3. Hard Dance got something with a bit of meat or a groovy bassline then send it to us.

Entries should be in no later than April 27th 2007. All entries will be judged by the Harderfaster team and representatives from Mondo records and the winner and album entrants announced in May.

Each entry should include:
· Your artist name AND real name
· Your full address and contact details
· How long you've been producing for?
· What Kit / Equipment you used to produce?
· Who your main influences are?
· Any tips you have for new artists wanting to produce.
· A decent quality photo of yourself (and logo if you have one)
· Whatever else you think counts.

Over the course of the comp we'll feature entrants and their work in this thread to keep you up to date with what everyone else is coming up with. So whether your working on something yourself or just interested to hear what's being laid down, keep your eyes and ears peeled!

The legal bit:

[1] Entry to this competition is free and open to Harderfaster members only.
a. Membership of Harderfaster is free and is open to all.
[2] Only one entry is allowed per member.
[3] Entries are open to all Harderfaster members except professional producers or audio engineers.
[4] Entries will be accepted only if they are of House, Trance or Hard Dance genres.
[5] Your entry should be your own work and should not infringe any copyrights or laws or the Harderfaster terms and conditions
a. If you use samples you MUST ensure you have the copyright holders permission to be eligible. This permission should be available for inspection and be checkable by either Harderfaster or Mondo Records.
b. You also agree that neither Harderfaster nor Mondo Records will be responsible for any infringements that may arise by your actions.
[6] Your work can be produced especially for the competition or within the last year (February 2006 to present) but MUST NOT have already been released on any format or signed to a label.
[7] The closing date for entries is 17:00 on 27 April 2007. No entries can be accepted after this time.
[8] Results will be announced in May.
[9] Proof of postage is no guarantee of entry.
[10] Entry to this competition has no guarantee of inclusion in the final album.
[11] By submitting your entry you grant the license for your track to Harderfaster and Mondo Records who will use and distribute it accordingly.
[12] The winning entry will be signed to Mondo Records and distributed digitally. At their discretion other media may also be used.
[13] All other entries will be distributed digitally via outlets or other media at Harderfasters discretion
[14] A panel of judges will be made up of Harderfaster and Mondo Records staff. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
[15] By entering the competition you agree to these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
