We are proud to welcome US producer Mike Saint-Jules to the label roster with his debut EP ‘Burning Spear’. Mike has already had countless records released to rave reviews such as ‘Grand Prix’ and the more recent ‘Timeslider’ but here he presents his Saint X alias and delivers something truly special.
‘Burning Spear’ is a peak time groove fuelled, rough and ready trancer. Gritty basslines, big room synth action, raw leads and epic pads are just a few of the key elements that make this a truly unique track. Coupled with a blistering remix from Dutch rising star dj/producer: Setrise, providing the perfect alternative to the original.
On the flip we have the haunting chants of ‘Rainmaker’. Remix duties fall to British dj/producer Ian Solano. Ian opts for the more tribal stance, adding extra percussive layers and tech roots to the track.
